In this article focuses the universal values that are the foundation of spiritual
and moral upbringing and education. Thus, universal values given to man
from birth as a gift for the disclosure of the best qualities of the personality
and spiritual development at all stages.
Human values are raised, analyzed as an important values, do not obey time,not limited to any society, no medium. For the introduction of the basic
content of education are taken materials aimed not spiritual and moral
development.
This article being based on universal values, humanistic orientation, and
especially significant. The basis of cultural identity and human values based
